Jake and Travis did an excellent job! I had a build up of moss on my roof and they removed the loose moss with a blower and applied a soap-like substance that will eventually remove the rest. They applied the same substance to the outside of the chimney and cleaned the gutters and the base of the house where debris had fallen. It was a reasonable price and I’d highly recommend Best and Brightest!

Great guys especially the overseer. He was friendly, very informative and explained not only what he was doing but why he was doing it. He showed us what to watch out for as well as the effects of weather upon the roof. They worked diligently, got the job done then cleaned up the grounds afterwards. Very professional. We hired Jake and his team at Best & Brightest Power Wash to clean our lower patio concrete slab and some very mossy asphalt by our garage and surrounding cement wall, as well as the roof on our small shed. These projects all needed to get done prior to painting the exterior of our house and the shed. They did a great job, I've never seen our lower patio concrete look so clean and the moss is now gone in our driveway!! Jake is one of the few business owners who actually answers his phone. He was able to get a bid done quickly and after approved, promptly scheduled the work. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We have also in the past hired Best & Brightest Power Wash to clean our roof which is cement tile and must be handled with kid gloves. Jake and his team did a great job on the roof and were careful not to disturb the tiles. I definitely recommend this business, Jake and his team will take good care of you!

Normally you get what you pay for but in this case you will get more, a lot more. They made my thirty year old house come alive again .Our roof changed from moss green to its original gray and my concrete driveway and pathways looked like it was just poured . Great service, professional & polite work crew, detail-oriented, top of the line equipment that applied heat & soap prior & throughout pressure washing. They used soap sprayers, wand & circular washers, & sprayed bleach at the end for a finishing touch. Crew was very careful not to mess up bark, rocks, or any other landscaping, plus they showed extra detail while cleaning up & rinsing away all debris. We were in dire need of their service for our parking lot and the area where we keep our dumpsters. We are a busy restaurant. We had them come out and they had their work cut out for them. They did an amazing job. The owner was friendly, used environmentally safe products still protected the drains and was able to get it looking brand new new. My roof on my house, carport, and small shed were in desperate need of cleaning. My home, vinyl siding also was in need of cleaning. I called Jake on a Thursday, he came to my home the next day, and generated an acceptable proposal the same day. We scheduled my cleaning for the following Friday, to start at 9:30. At 9:30 on the following Friday Jake and his two man crew arrived with great attitudes and excellent equipment to do the job. The team spent almost 6 hours on my metal roof, making it look beautiful, including the gutters. They must have went over the roof 5 or 6 times before they were happy. They also did an amazing job on my carport roof, and little shed roof that were in desperate need of cleaning. Also there was a lot of debris on the roofs, and Jakes team cleaned up better than when they arrived, I was very impressed with this part of their work as well. They did a great job on my house, that had multiple areas that needed extra scrubbing making the home beautiful, 360 degrees. Also while they were cleaning the roof and siding they did a great job of keeping my plants and foliage protected and rinsed off, they got a great watering, and no ill effects at all. Also Jakes team cleaned the sides of my carport, and shed no charge, they just did it, and it made a great difference. When Jake and his team left, my house and roofs looked amazing! I love my house, and once again I am so very proud of it, I just love driving in the driveway nice and slow, and once out of my car, just a nice slow once around the house appreciating the professional job that Best & Brightest Power Wash completed for me, thank you, you guys are amazing!!!

I had had a softwash company clean my roof a couple years back and was very happy with the work. While it was a bit more expensive than the usual ways people clean moss and lichen off a roof, it came with guarantee of 5 years. If moss came back within the first year they would redo the job. If it came back within the successive four years, it would be half price. Three years later--still no moss and NO DAMAGES SHINGLES from the process! So when I learned they do other kinds of cleaning, it was a SoftWash company to whom I turned. They washed my house, cleaned and washed the gutters, washed the patio cover, and cleaned my deck for a reasonable price. They did a great job, too of protecting my plants arpund the house and the outdoor fishtank. Simplified my life tremendously. Sure looks good now.
