This was the most professional power washing experience I have ever had. Jake was happy to come over and give us an estimate after finishing a job at our neighbor’s house. He didn’t try to up-sell us, gave us a reasonable bid, and scheduled us easily for the work. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They did little value-added things like cleaning the outside windowsills and bird dirt off the siding of the house as they worked. They said they were small things and didn’t charge us, but for us they were big things and assured that we will be a return customer. These two guys were happy, professional, good at what they do, and appreciated our business; to us that is a sign of a good company.

Jake and Travis did an excellent job! I had a build up of moss on my roof and they removed the loose moss with a blower and applied a soap-like substance that will eventually remove the rest. They applied the same substance to the outside of the chimney and cleaned the gutters and the base of the house where debris had fallen. It was a reasonable price and I’d highly recommend Best and Brightest!

Great guys especially the overseer. He was friendly, very informative and explained not only what he was doing but why he was doing it. He showed us what to watch out for as well as the effects of weather upon the roof. They worked diligently, got the job done then cleaned up the grounds afterwards. Very professional. I am a repeat customer of Jake at Best & Brightest Power Wash and, as before, his work was outstanding! I needed my driveway, patio and retaining wall power washed of the usual grime and debris that hads accumulated over the last year. Compounding the grime, portions of the driveway and sidewalk had deep rust staining. Jake was able to remove the rust stains and clean it all up! It looks great! Thanks again, Jake!

Jake & Travis did an amazing job steam cleaning my driveway and cleaning my gutters with zero mess. Great equipment, great skill, and great positive attitude!Because Jake uses heat and bleach instead of just pressure washing the concrete, their previous work lasted three years before a bit of the slippery slime finally returned. So just forget pressure washing and call Jake.

I received three quotes to pressure wash my residential driveway, walkway, porch and patio. Jake earned my business. He is professional, an excellent communicator, thorough, and he seems genuine and honest. He and Travis did such a beautiful job (even getting stubborn weeds/grass out of the driveway seams) that I couldn’t help but hug Jake when he was done. I was amazed at the final results. Jake power washed my driveway and sidewalks, cleaned my gutters and downspouts, and treated and removed the moss that was on my roof!After they were finished, the outside of my home has a fresh, clean appearance. We hired Jake and his team at Best & Brightest Power Wash to clean our lower patio concrete slab and some very mossy asphalt by our garage and surrounding cement wall, as well as the roof on our small shed. These projects all needed to get done prior to painting the exterior of our house and the shed. They did a great job, I've never seen our lower patio concrete look so clean and the moss is now gone in our driveway!! Jake is one of the few business owners who actually answers his phone. He was able to get a bid done quickly and after approved, promptly scheduled the work. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We have also in the past hired Best & Brightest Power Wash to clean our roof which is cement tile and must be handled with kid gloves. Jake and his team did a great job on the roof and were careful not to disturb the tiles. I definitely recommend this business, Jake and his team will take good care of you!

Normally you get what you pay for but in this case you will get more, a lot more. They made my thirty year old house come alive again .Our roof changed from moss green to its original gray and my concrete driveway and pathways looked like it was just poured . Communication with the team was outstanding and everything possible to make this experience pleasant was done. Will definitely use them again .

Great service, professional & polite work crew, detail-oriented, top of the line equipment that applied heat & soap prior & throughout pressure washing. They used soap sprayers, wand & circular washers, & sprayed bleach at the end for a finishing touch. Crew was very careful not to mess up bark, rocks, or any other landscaping, plus they showed extra detail while cleaning up & rinsing away all debris. Very satisfied with all aspects of their service, & the overall outcome looks amazing.

We were in dire need of their service for our parking lot and the area where we keep our dumpsters. We are a busy restaurant. We had them come out and they had their work cut out for them. They did an amazing job. The owner was friendly, used environmentally safe products still protected the drains and was able to get it looking brand new new. I was expecting to pay a lot with the amount of work that was done. When I got the total I felt it was fair, worth every penny and way under what I thought it would be.
